Recently, Ethan Zhou from the Cost Control Dept. was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia M1, which has deeply concerned everyone at Grandview. The entire company quickly responded, launching a warm relay of care and support.

Company executives and employee representatives visited the hospital at the earliest opportunity to express their concern, learn about the treatment progress, and convey the care and support of all employees to Ethan’s family.

Since joining the company a year ago, Ethan has been diligent and reliable, making him a trusted member of the team. To help his family through this difficult time, General Manager George Chen proposed and led a company-wide charity donation initiative.

All employees actively participated, contributing generously and leaving heartfelt messages such as, “Ethan, we are with you!” on encouragement cards.

The full amount raised, along with a book of supportive messages, was presented to Ethan’s family by company representatives.  In gratitude, Ethan’s mother presented a thank you banner in return.

May this collective strength give Ethan the courage to overcome this challenge. We wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming him back to the Grandview family!
